Wow, it’s been a long time since I penned down my thoughts! Since 2019, life has evolved. Globetrotter Agency Limited is now 11 years old.

In 2020, I finally got married. One man swept me off my feet and stole my heart, and in February 2020, we finally tied the knot.

Stepping into a new world with more responsibilities is never easy.

Just as I was trying to settle in, the world was taken by storm by the mighty COVID-19. The impact of the pandemic was a global blow to millions across the globe.

At Globetrotter, I still recall March 18th, when the country went into lockdown. I had to close the office; it was a painful moment to tell my colleagues to go home with no certainty of when they would return. As a CEO, I felt I couldn’t cry, but as a human, my heart wept and tears flowed—emotions I simply couldn’t hide.

Life at home was a bit boring, but there was no choice but to stay put and watch the pandemic hit. Many things changed across the world, and many lives—both human and animal—were lost.

I remember being at home, unable to work much, but the ants in my pants drove me back to the office in May 2020, even if it was just to clear off tables while the reopening remained uncertain. As I walked through the office, I could almost hear the vivid laughter of the staff. It took time to settle down, and daily, I would clean the desks and file documents. Days passed like that until things finally began to change in August 2020!
